Always a challenge to take scruffy dog to see Tim for his haircut, it’s not his favourite thing to have done, he really hates it!!!. Tim is so patient and kind. Listens to how I’d like him to look, and Scruffy comes out looking lovely, and happy. I’ve booked up a year in advance so that speaks volumes! I would 100% recommend. And the online booking system makes it so easy.

I have been so impressed with how patient Tim is with the dogs, and how he encourages the owners to be involved in the process. I've not had a long haired dog before and he has been great at giving me advice and helping with decisions about how to keep her coat.  I am very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend him.
